Product Description

The $35 fee is a non-refundable fee to cover our postage and handling of the un-armored blazer to you. You will need to provide your own shipping of the tested jackets back to us within 48 hours.
This purchase can only be completed along with the purchase of the Defender Barn Coat. If you receive the jacket for fitting, and return it and cancel your order, no jacket purchase would be charged to the card or PayPal but the $35 fee is non-refundable.
In the event that we do not receive the jacket back from you from the fitting, within 48 hours, we will charge a $40 re-stocking fee. In 5 business days, we will cancel the order and we reserve the right to collect the full amount of the custom order.
In other words, send us back our jacket right away and we will cancel the order with nothing more than the $35 fee you paid for the fitting.
Or more likely, send us back the jacket with the 5 crucial measurements we request, (the jacket fits like you are wearing a heavy sweatshirt (and maybe even a sweater vest on that) under it, so go a little large.) and we will get working on the final fit out of the Threat Level IIIA bullet proof clothing liner and charge your payment for the jacket(s).
REMEMBER, this is the $35 non-refundable fee for us to send you the jacket in your best size estimate and a form with a few measurements requested, AND you will send us back the blazer(s).

Instructions: Use Good Judgement. Hold shield products between yourself and the shooter (using the straps as handles where applicable). Use as a shield to provide cover for upper torso and head whenever possible. While taking shelter use shield product to protect yourself in the direction of the threat. While running away, hold shield product high on your back or in the direction of the threat to protect your head and upper torso (vital organs).

Caution! Do not trust a used bullet proof vest as sold in other stores and web sites to protect your life. Used Body Armor may have been exposed to trauma, excessive sunlight, moisture or chemicals. Anti-Ballistic Textiles need to be cared for properly. There is no way to test for effectiveness or exposure to chemicals, moisture, sunlight or abuse. BulletBlocker UHMWPE UD (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Laminations are a Spectra Type, unique lightweight composite material providing superior anti-ballistic protection, for both personnel and vehicle protection. UD stands for "unidirectional": In UHMWPE UD Laminations, all the fibers are laid parallel, in the same plane, rather than being woven together. UHMWPE UD Laminations are made of several layers of UHMWPE fibers, with the direction of fibers in each layer at 90 degree to the direction of the fibers in the adjacent layers. The unidirectional configuration of the fibers in UHMWPE UD Laminations allows the energy transferred from the impact of a bullet or other ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers much faster and more efficiently than in conventional woven aramid type fabrics. This is because the absorption power of the yarn in woven fabrics is lost at the crossover points, as these points reflect rather than absorb the shockwaves of the impact. In UHMWPE UD Laminations, much more of the material is engaged in stopping the bullet, making it more effective against ballistics. Dyneema UD PE and Spectra are typical UHMWPE UD laminate materials. The polyethylene base material makes this one of the most moisture resistant anti-ballistic materials available.

Threat Level IIIa rated anti-ballistic material is resistant to most all handgun ammunition including .22SR, .22LR .25, .32, .38, .380, .357Magnum, 9mm Full Metal Jacket, .40 Cal., .45cal. and .44 Magnum. Most of the personal body armor worn by law enforcement is Threat Level II or IIa, both are a lower level of protection. Our products are for self defense only and should not substitute safe behavior. Anti-Ballistic properties apply to the actual BulletBlocker panel, whether integrated in a bag or backpack, or sold separately.
