Product Quality Warranty:

BulletBlocker warranties all BulletBlocker products against defects in workmanship for 1 year from purchase date. This includes seams and tears in cloth that are due to faulty materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear and/or abuse. We want happy customers. With that in mind, BulletBlocker reserves the right to make the determination as to whether or not a product has a defect in workmanship or materials or has been subject to normal wear and tear and/or abuse. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve customer satisfaction. Remedies may include replacement of the product, exchange for a similar product, refund of sale price, whole or partial credit for future purchases, at the sole discretion of BulletBlocker.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Policy: All merchandise accepted for return by BulletBlocker must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and be received by BulletBlocker main office within two weeks after delivery. We issue the purchaser a credit note when we have received the goods back in new condition and without modification. The credit note entitles the purchaser to obtain other goods from us in exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and shipping and handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer. Any orders we agree to restock will incur a 15% restocking fee on the original cost price. Returned Checks Subject to a $25 Fee. Any shipment damage or loss in transit must be communicated to us within 5 business days to claim for damage or loss.

BulletBlocker UHMWPE UD (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Laminations are a Spectra Type, unique lightweight composite material providing superior anti-ballistic protection, for both personnel and vehicle protection. UD stands for "unidirectional": In UHMWPE UD Laminations, all the fibers are laid parallel, in the same plane, rather than being woven together. UHMWPE UD Laminations are made of several layers of UHMWPE fibers, with the direction of fibers in each layer at 90 degree to the direction of the fibers in the adjacent layers. The unidirectional configuration of the fibers in UHMWPE UD Laminations allows the energy transferred from the impact of a bullet or other ballistic threat to be distributed along the fibers much faster and more efficiently than in conventional woven aramid type fabrics. This is because the absorption power of the yarn in woven fabrics is lost at the crossover points, as these points reflect rather than absorb the shockwaves of the impact. In UHMWPE UD Laminations, much more of the material is engaged in stopping the bullet, making it more effective against ballistics. Dyneema® UD and Spectra are typical UHMWPE UD laminate materials. The polyethylene base material makes this one of the most moisture resistant anti-ballistic materials available.

Caution! Do not trust a used bullet proof vest as sold in other stores and web sites to protect your life. Used Body Armor may have been exposed to trauma, excessive sunlight, moisture or chemicals. Anti-Ballistic Textiles need to be cared for properly. There is no way to test for effectiveness or exposure to chemicals, moisture, sunlight or abuse. Our anti-ballistic material has been independently tested to the Threat Level IIIa standard. Threat Level IIIa rated anti-ballistic material is resistant to most all handgun ammunition including .22SR, .22LR .25, .32, .38, .380, .357Magnum, 9mm Full Metal Jacket, .40 Cal., .45cal. and .44 Magnum. Most of the personal body armor worn by law enforcement is Threat Level II or IIa, both are a lower level of protection. Our products are for self defense only and should not substitute safe behavior. Anti-Ballistic properties apply to the actual BulletBlocker panel, whether integrated in a bag or backpack, or sold separately. Any modifications to the "bulletproof panels" or "bulletproof backpacks" may effect the anti-ballistic resistance of the products. Do not modify the bulletproof backpacks or anti ballistic panels. Do not re-use the product(s) if the product has been shot or stabbed or has been subject to shooting level forces, slashes, stabs, punctures, rips, tears or cuts.
